Support for dealing with depression, low mood, anxiety, and stress.
Counselling is to support you to process something in your life such as bereavement, support with addiction, or with a relationship.
CBT Step 3 is a more intensive type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It’s for you if you’re looking to work on multiple issues, OCD, or trauma.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a technique that can help some types of PTSD. It requires at least 12 sessions.
Different types of therapy are provided by different types of therapist. Each of our therapists are qualified to work at specific levels. Step 3 CBT or EMDR therapy is high intensity therapy and can only be delivered by a therapist with the higher qualifications.

Usually, yes. The notes from your previous sessions will be passed along to your new therapist.
Sometimes your assessment therapist might not have the right experience to be able to work with you, and you may not get the full benefit of therapy if you try to continue with a lower intensity form of therapy. If you have any concerns please contact the Mynurva team, and one of our senior clinicians will be able to explain why the recommendation has been made.
