- Services are delivered in line with NICE guidelines
- There are no waiting lists and our partner psychiatrists are able to diagnose and recommend next steps including treatment.
ADHD Assessment Explained
- Simply select your service and pay
- Activate your account and book an appointment online at a convenient time/date for you.
- Prior to your assessment, we’ll send you some questionnaires to complete - this will help inform your consultation
- Appointments take 60-90 minutes and the psychiatrists will use a range of recognised tools to explore your symptoms with you.
- Following your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed report confirming any diagnosis and next steps.
ADHD Medication
Medication
Where medication is the preferred method of treatment, our independent partner psychiatrists can prescribe, and will continue to consult with you during the titration process (the process of introducing medication safely).
Titration support
The psychiatrist will support you from assessment through to diagnosis, medication and titration, and putting a shared care agreement in place with your GP.
Trusted professionals
Unlike other providers we do not outsource elements of the assessment and treatment process to other professionals. This means you get the highest possible level of support and treatment, and have one point of contact throughout.

Mynurva offers talking therapy with highly qualified therapists who have many years experience supporting individuals with ADHD.
Talking therapies can help you to:
- Come to terms with your diagnosis and gain greater insight and understanding
- Put coping strategies in place to help you better manage day-to-day life
- Transform limited beliefs and support negative feelings of self-worth that may have developed over a long period of time
- Manage depression and anxiety
